    2. Contingent Executive Search services.
    3. Recruitment using both an internal database and Head Hunting.
    4. Search and Recruitment using advertising on behalf of clients.
    5. Back end activity, assisting/representing reputed organizations to complete the selection process starting from:
    • Structuring Man power requirement for the period/assignment/project;
    • Advertising and sourcing the right profiles;
    • Maintaining up to date databank for the company for 365 days;
    • Scheduling and restructuring the Man power requirements for 365 days;
    • Feasibility Study of future trends in HR to maximize profit.


Terms & Conditions

Our Service Charge is 16.67% of Annual Gross emoluments which is payable with in 1 month. The payment  has to be made by CROSS CHEQUE only in favour of  CCV SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED.  Payable in NEW DELHI, State, India.

We do not charge any fees to the candidates.

Once candidates are recommended for any positions; The candidates Selection Charges/Fees have to be considered for the payment raised by  CCV SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED  irrespective of appointment/Offer dates; Positions; Number of tests/Interviews on any/For any future Dates/Positions/Work place; In Parent/Sister Concerns.

Your Company/Client Organizations are required to CARE Candidates/Their Resumes Before/After/During Selection Process. Our Candidates/Consultants have to be given to CCV SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED Credit Only.

We will provide you only one free replacement if the candidate leaves the job on his own within 3 months, after date of selection. However, candidates sacked/forced to resign are not replaced. However the replacement shall be provided for the same position within that specific year of selection only. Your company is required to inform to CCV SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED in writing within 7 days of the candidates resignation appointed through us and his replacement required by your company. However, adjustment with the other position and their invoice amount is not agreed or refunded.

However, once Candidates/Consultants join in your esteemed organization CCV SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED/ Associates are not responsible for the Candidates/Consultants Promotions/Developments /Progress/Achievements/Accidents/Deaths/Any untoward incidents as once Candidates/Consultants join your organization they are bound by your Companies rules and regulations as employees of your company.

Any dispute/Conflict has to be settled by one representative of CCV SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED; One representative from Client/Your Company. However, Managing Director/ Managing Partner’s decision is to be agreed by all Concerned parties.

Refund of fees received by CCV SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED and/or reimbursement of expenses met by you and/or by your associates/legal expenses/expenses of any kind is/are not possible in any circumstances; Only GHAZIABAD will be the place, In case of jurisdiction.

Service Tax or any other taxes has to be paid by your company with applicable rates.
